2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The product has any physical damage or signs of misuse
• The return request is made after 7 days of delivery
• The product is missing original packaging or accessories
• The product was damaged due to customer negligence

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank or mobile financial service

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to JVCO’s error.

In certain cases, JVCO may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability and inspection results.
